My name is Aaron and I am from Monaghan.
One of the biggest inequalities I face in Ireland today is the lack of job opportunities for people with a disability, and the back to work programs that discriminate against people of a disability.
We should be allowed to access these programs and apply for full-time employment in Ireland today.
The governmet needs to put money back into the disability sector and allow us to work, as we are able and want to work.
