I need to talk about securing employment in the catering sector when i finish my training program in national learning network Holly hill Cork in June 2016. I am very interested in this line of work as i have had previous experience in this line of work working in many hotels&restaurants & while attending a training catering course in National Learning Network Holly hill Cork from May 2000-September 2000. I got employment in a hotel in Ballincollig Co Cork as a catering assistant until the economy went down hill in September 2000.
But I can’t because …
I Have a Disability called Dispraxa & find it very hard to gain employment long term.thanks
