My name is Daire and I am from Monaghan Town.
I go to a learning centre in the town and I have made plenty of close friends there. We look out for one another, because if we don’t, who will?
I feel there is plenty of discrimination against people in Ireland today and this really bothers me. I see plenty of people parking in disabled parking spots in Monaghan and they aren’t a disabled user.
This shows a lack of respect, and I believe people should have a greater awarness of people with a disability and our rights.
We are people, show us the respect we deserve
